Hi Everyone,
I'm asking for prayers for wisdom, guidance, and insight from the Lord in regards to my major. I REALLY want to have a career as a singer/songwriter (if it's God's will of course) because I believe He has given a gift of singing and writing songs but I also know that the music business is very hard work and a very hard thing to get in to. I'm not saying that God can't give me that, He can. I just want to have a backup plan. I was originally seriously considering majoring in Psychology because I really enjoy that and becoming a Counseling Psychologist but the Psychology program at UK (University of Kentucky) I think is like 5-6 years and I just don't think I want to go to school that long.... So, My next consideration is youth ministry. I LOVED being in youth group in High School and I would love to be able to volunteer somewhere. And I really need to be declaring a major! Ineed to know by the end of October so keep me in your prayers!
